Bodum adds a new chapter to their history of coffee brewers with the E-PEBO Vacuum Coffee Maker. The E-PEBO is an electrified version of the PEBO, which is itself a modern version of the Santos, one of Bodum's first coffee makers. The E-PEBO's brew method extracts all the precious oils from the coffee beans, thanks to an ideal balance of temperature and brew time. The vacuum created during the brewing process captures all of the flavours, so that the best coffee beans are utilized fully. The process is as captivating to watch as the coffee is delicious.
