Read Before Purchase:
1. This camera cannot support ZOSI Smart or ZOSI View APP,and it isn't compatible with any ZOSI DVR or ZOSI NVR system.
2. The APP for this camera is "YCC365 Plus".
3. This camera supports motion detection records and continuous records, if you setup motion detection records in the APP, the camera will only record when it detect motions, if you want the camera record all the time, then you need to setup continuous records in the APP.
4. If the first connection is failed, we suggest you to reset the camera, then try to re-connect again following the below steps:
- (1).Plug-in Camera (Please put the camera next to the router).
- (2).Press the reset button for seconds to reset the cameras .
- (3).Download YCC365 Plus APP and register an account.
- (4).Add device by scanning the code, then follow the voice prompt to connect.
- (5).Enjoy your live view & playback.
5. If you cannot connect the camera to the network, the following reasons might cause the problem:
- (1) This is wireless IP camera, if you place this camera too far from the router, the WIFI signal will be reduced by walls, and it may lead to the weak wifi signal, which result in unstable connection to the internet.
- (2) A slow network can adversely impact performance.
- (3) The network status of the smart phone can also affect the speed of connection.
- (4) The camera only work with 2 4GHz wifi, not support 5GHz.
6. The white lights can be turned off. You just need to go APP settings to switch "Auto" to "OFF".
7. You can adjust the "Detection sensitivity" to "Low", Medium" or "High" by yourself.
